Most impressive was their follow up when there was an issue – needed a replacement button for a faucet purchased 15 years ago. My records were pulled up immediately, the piece ordered, and then informed of delivery. When manufacturer sent wrong button, a very quick call resulted in the proper piece being delivered. “Absolutely marvelous customer service. Patient, helpful, professional and always with a smile. Excellent ability to help find creative solutions to design dilemmas; they really know their product. Contrary to other reviews I found that the prices were fair especially when taking into account the fact that they stand behind their product and that will not be the case when you purchase at a big box store. Our sales person helped us find cost-savings in making our choices for tub/toilet/sink/vanity/plumbing fittings. In addition, we found that when it came to tile, they were able to provide us with a better product at a better price than other recommended places in the county even though we weren’t looking for a luxury product. However we were looking for quality products that will hold up over years of use by our family and we obtained that here.”

“We’ve visited Best a number of times and they provided materials for a major bathroom renovation. The staff was very helpful and we returned our unused fixtures for a refund, minus a reasonable restocking fee. We even returned a towel rack a year later because we had forgotten about it, with no problem. You may need to wait for assistance if you arrive with no appointment, but they have a list so you can get assistance in order of your arrival. Their selection is really nice and helps you decide what you want for your project. I highly recommend Best.”
